Wow!

Wow!

I’ve heard the expression many times, but it really does seem like yesterday that I found out that the 2010 Track Nationals were going to be held in T-Town.  At that moment, I knew that it was going to get tough.  Since the races are practically in my back yard this year, I really wanted [...]

It's Almost Time….

The time is counting down, and soon the  2010  Track Nationals will be underway!  Its crazy how it seems like just yesterday we were in school, and it seemed as if Track Nationals and Road Nationals were so far away.  It wasn’t long until I started to realize that we would soon be leaving for Oregon [...]

One Week Left

With exactly a week left until the start of the Junior Track National National Championships, now is the time to be ready for battle. A Fallen Brother

A Fallen Brother

So I can’t quite understand why when those two subjects combine as one that I am practically at a loss for words.
